Personalized items

Because our products are handmade and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.



Returns for non personalized items


If your item is not personalized, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return:

    •    The item must be unused

    •    The item must be in its original packaging

    •    You must contact us first before returning

Return Shipping Costs


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Include a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.


In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund.



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.



Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns for:

    •    Personalized/custom made items

    •    Items that have been used

    •    Items not in original condition

    •    Earrings and other pierced jewelry, for hygiene reasons.
