Letters, numbers and designs are one by one hammered by hand into metal to create an impression. Because I stamp the letters one at the time, no two pieces will ever be the same. This makes the design possibilities are endless.

Many of the metal shapes we use have been cut or moulded by hand and every impression is made by hand. We do not use machinery to stamp in mass. Letter impressions may not be perfectly in- line and have spacing difference. These small variations should not be viewed as imperfections, but rather part of the charm and uniqueness of your piece.

Typically turn around on orders is 1 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) however during busy season such as Mother's Day and Christmas they can take longer, in this case production time will be shown on the shop description.

Stamping will be done as instructed in your order. Please separate names with a comma. If you do not give me any instructions on which font or colour to use, I will make your item using the font and thread colour stating on the listing where you placed your order from. Please make sure all information is correct prior to submitting your order.

Because everything in my shop is made to order and can be customised. I can only start working on your order once the you have completed your purchase and the payment is confirmed. I thank you for your understanding.

Missing items cannot be refunded in order to prevent fraud. I will of course have a new item shipped to you.

**However, please be aware that I don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 30 business days from the date of shipping, and I cannot replace an item sooner than this.**

We try to create and ship your purchase as fast possible. If you have purchased a customised item and change your mind and woud like to request a cancelation please do it within 4 hours after purchase.
